Workin' Out With Garmin GPS |

Anyone who knows me knows what a great fan I am of Garmin GPS systems. I've been using them for years and always keep up with the latest products. I even gave my dad a Garmin GPS this year for Christmas that he can use while out fishing. I told him at least he wouldn't have to worry about getting lost on the water, and maybe the Garmin GPS would help him find the fish as well. I know he wouldn't mind that one bit.
Several weeks ago I was browsing through a magazine and I saw a Garmin GPS that I hadn't heard about. It's one that I could actually attach to my arm and that would keep up with my heart rate and other things while I'm running, in addition to how far I've ran. I don't know about you, but as someone who is committed to losing 40 pounds this year, that Garmin GPS sounded like a Godsend to me. Since I saw that Garmin GPS in a magazine at the doctor’s office, I decided to take a picture of the article with my phone, so that I could easily access the information later.
A few days after the visit with the doc, I remembered the Garmin GPS and went online to see if I could find it for a great price. I've always found the best prices for Garmin GPS online, so I knew that's where I should begin my search. It didn't take me but a few seconds to find the Garmin Edge 305 HR+Speed/Cadence Sensor GPS Receiver that I found for a fantastic price at Save Cash Time whose online store can be found by visiting www.savecashtime.com. Because I have already started my running routine, I went ahead and ordered the Garmin GPS so I could get it in house as soon as possible. I couldn't wait to try it and see how it helped with my work out.
About a week after I ordered it, the Garmin GPS arrived and even though I'm still learning all the specifics of what it can do (because it does a lot) I've learned the basics and am getting great use out of it. I find that I push myself more, now that I have the Garmin which will ultimately mean more burned calories and more weight loss. I can't wait to see where I am one month from now. I bet at least 10 pounds lighter. |
