My mother was frantically looking for an iPod docking station this year, because my dad got a hunkering for one of these babies and he wanted it bad. My mom had bought my dad an iPod a while back and now that he’d become an expert with it he was having iPod docking station dreams and he wanted to make them real immediately. My dad would call me a couple of times in the day just to tell me how cool he thought iPod docking stations were and how even cooler it would look in his bedroom. He would usually end the conversation with an obvious hint that he would want me to get one for him, but I knew my mom was already on the iPod docking station case. After a couple of weeks my mom landed a really nice iPod docking station and when my dad opened that gift box it was as if all his dreams had come true in a minute. The iPod docking station my mom bought him was exactly the one he’d been showing everyone and the mailman so he was ecstatic to have the iPod docking station staring right at him from the comfort of his room.
