mp3 players, ipod docking station


My eldest son has become fascinated with my sister's iPod. She brought it with her when she came for a visit this week. She's enjoyed relaxing in the peace and quiet, reading her book, and listening to music while visiting.

Ever since my son saw his aunt's iPod, he's been looking at mp3 players online and asking for one for Christmas (a change from his request for a Nintendo DS). I am seriously considering spending the money to get him one, too. He likes to be alone and doing something quiet, away from his brothers. Having the iPod would allow him some peace. He will totally enjoy going to his room, shutting the door, and spending time reading and listening to music.

After seeing how quickly the batteries in her iPod drained from my son playing with it, I know that an iPod docking station will be something that I must get to go with his gift. At least I'll be able to get a great discount on the price of them combined when I shop online!

Having mp3 players around will help bring some peace and quiet to my home.
