mp3 jukebox, mp3 players Growing up, my first MP3 jukebox was called Winamp, still available with a strong following of people who have been using it for a decade, this MP3 jukebox is light weight, simple and gets the job done. Like most things technology driven, the MP3 jukebox advanced and many people went with iTunes. I would say the majority of people who have music libraries choose this option not because it is the best out there but because who doesn’t have an iPod. Even with the many great MP3 players available, the without a doubt favorite comes from Apple. After getting sick and tired of that MP3 Jukebox, I turned to a now favorite, Media Monkey, featured in the video below.

A scaled down version, which will do everything all the other MP3 jukeboxes out there can is free but the upgraded version costs a bit extra. My favorite part about this player past the many audio options like “Party Mode” which locks the playlist, “Auto Organize” and “Auto Tag” is the left task bar similar to what you would see when clicking “My Computer” used to pick and choose media from anywhere on the computer in one swoop. It eliminates the traditional “browse” feature. There is no better MP3 jukebox for visualizers either. Some are free to download and others cost a bit extra online. I suggest giving Media Monkey a try.
